Terms of Service - Digixop Translator PRO

Business Relationship:

Digixop Translator PRO is software owned by Digixop Solutions , based at C/ Garaizar, 2 · 48004 Bilbao (Bizkaia). Business transactions, payments, and taxes are managed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record .

Software License:

When you purchase the plugin, you are granted a unique license key managed by the Lemon Squeezy API.

The license is valid for the number of websites contracted.

To activate the license, it is mandatory that your website operates under the secure HTTPS protocol .

Operating Requirements:

This plugin is an exclusive add-on for WPML . It is essential to have WPML installed and configured for it to function correctly.

Translation Modes and Quotas:

DTL Mode (Managed):

It includes a quota of 50,000 free characters per month . This balance resets every 30 days and is not cumulative.

BYO mode:

It allows the use of your own Google Cloud API key. In this mode, you are responsible for any direct costs with Google.

Expansion Bonds:

Credits acquired through additional vouchers do not have an expiration date and will be used up after the free monthly allowance is exhausted.

Refund Policy:

Given the digital nature of the software and the included character balance, refunds will be handled according to Lemon Squeezy’s policy, provided that there has been no extensive use of the proxy translation service.
